Claims for any damage must be made written notice within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise by e-mail to
email@example.com with photos of damaged items. This claims are only for exchange or store credit.
We can not exchange the items just for the customer could not sell the items after purchased.
Accessories(Zipper, Buttons etc.) belongs to the clothing must be checked out and claim in two days.
All sales are final, no returns. All sale items in the MENU "Sale under $10" are no return items.
Absolutely no store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$35.00 charge for any returned checks.
The price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
The shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
All returns must be approved by the CY FASHION before send back to CY FASHION.
Please send email with photos regarding problems. If the package is returned in opened condition,
there is a minimum 15% restocking fee. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR STORE CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. Any damaged returns by the end user (consumer)
can not accepted. We do no accept non-sense returns like "product is different with photos in the web" or "I do not like it".
We do not accept items that are not in the original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged. Also,
all tags and packaging must be attached and included.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable for any returns. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.
To cancel orders placed with us at CY Fashion, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" in the system
accessible at the top of any page or by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the value of the canceled
merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section after they have been approved.
