RETURN POLICY


Claims for any damage must be made written notice within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise by e-mail to cyfashion1@gmail.com with photos of damaged items. This claims are only for exchange or store credit. Accessories(Zipper, Buttons etc.) belongs to the clothing must be checked out and report in two days. Any damaged returns by the end user (consumer) can not accepted.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise was returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal. All returns must be approved by the CY FASHION before send back to CY FASHION.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
Absolutely no store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$35.00 charge for any returned checks.
The price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
The shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged. Also, all tags and packaging must be attached and included. We do not offer any refunds. We do, however, offer exchange or online store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS.
